Truck-mounted Steam Cleaning

There are all kinds of different ways to clean your carpet, but what is the best? The answer is simple- truck-mounted steam cleaning.

 

With our process stains, dirt, grease, hair etc. is getting extracted from the carpet by a very powerful vacuum. With dry cleaning nothing is getting extracted from the carpet; all of the dirt is getting pushed down into the carpet and will eventually raise back up. Our machines are capable of shooting out 230 degree water, which will kill all of the bacteria that is hiding in the carpets. The vacuums our machines are equipped with are so powerful you won't have to worry about your carpets being wet for a long period of time.

Apartments and condos

Eagle Eye Carpet Care services houses, condos, and apartments. Many people ask whether or not our equipment will be able to reach their condo, especially if they live on the third or fourth floor. We have enough hose and enough power to run our hoses up a 12 story building if we need to. We also carry a 120 gallon fresh water tank, so if your building has no access to water it won't be a problem. 

Pet Odor control treatment

One of the worst feelings is coming home from work to find out your dog or cat made a mess of the house, including the carpets. The process and equipment we use to eliminate dog or cat urine is top notch. The first step of the process is a walk through your house with a black-light to identify exactly where the urine is located. The next step is to spray the stain directly to kill the bacteria. We then extract the urine using truck-mounted steam cleaning. The final step in the process is to spray a heavy deodorizer that will eliminate any lingering smells from the urine. Using a black-light means that you won't have to worry about chemicals being poured all over your carpets.

Cleaning Agents

One of the most asked questions we receive is "Are your chemicals safe for my pets and children?" The short answer to that is yes, they are. We would never spray anything on the carpets that would affect our health or anyone else's. We have put a ton of time and research into finding the safest most effective products on the market. All of our products are 99% green and environmentally friendly. The deodorizer we use is a plant based essential oil; this means that it doesn't have a strong chemically smell to it. We have a variety of products to meet our customers' needs, so if you don't want any scents at all, we can do that.

We recommend getting your house cleaned every 6-12 months to get the bacteria, hair, dust and dirt out that is hiding deep in the carpet fibers.

 

Commercial buildings, especially restaurants, should be cleaned every 4-6 months.
